Exercise
These men's (Adonis Index) and women's (Venus Index) exercise programs are the only ones that I fully endorse. They are designed by John Barban and based on something called The Golden Ratio, or Phi. It is the most esthetically pleasing look that is found in multiple different arenas of life, including scultpures such as the Statue of David and the iPhone. Applying this ratio to the human body has proven to be extremely effective and gives the one achieving it a way to guage whether or not they are seeing success or not.
John has taken all of the guess work out for you. You will no longer have to chase after that elusive body shape that you've always been after. All you have to do is exactly what he tells you in the manual that comes with the program you choose and you will see the results you are after.
Diets
When it comes to diet, I use that word with strong reservation. I'm not into fad diets as they NEVER work! If you are going to do this it HAS to be a total lifestyle change. The programs that I recommend aren't diets, they are guides that show you how to keep eating the foods you love and drop the fat necessary to give you your Adonis or Venus shaped body.
