#1: Transformation Coaching
If you are finding yourself in a situation where you are desperate to get out of the shape you're currently in and into the shape you've always dreamed of, then I want to challenge you to take action NOW! Seriously, this deal is pretty sweet. I just stopped doing live coaching where I was charging people upwards of $197/month to walk them through this material. However, I just came to a point where I wanted to get this into the hands of as many people as possible so I could help them change in the most simple and sustainable way possible.
So what I've done is take everything I did to go from 250lbs to 150lbs. It's not a quick fix but when you do this, you HAVE to see results.

At the end of each email will be a list of action steps which are also in the Transformation workbook that is included with the Transformation Coaching. These action steps are designed to get you taking action on what you will be learning in these emails. After all, taking action is what sets the successful apart from those who just dream about “one day”.
