E-Coaching Launch! (Discounted for 3 days!)

The Launch

Today is the day that I'm launching my brand new Transformation e-Coaching program.  Almost a year ago to the day, I started my coaching business.  Initially, I started doing personal coaching via 30 minute Skype calls every 2 weeks.  I was able to coach numerous people and saw some awesome transformations take place.  A few of those are on the site.  The challenge is that I also have a full time job that was starting to require more of my time and my evenings were becoming more and more valuable to me.  On top of that, the cost to get coached was pretty big, eliminating a large group of people who could really use the simplicity and no nonesense approach that enabled me to lose 100+lbs.

Enter E-Coaching.  Instead of having a 30 minute call every 2 weeks, you get 2 emails/week over the course of 12 weeks where I download everything I've learned during my journey.  You will get various tools to help you with your progress, as well as a digital workbook with challenges for you to complete each week.  On top of that, the price has been slashed DRASTICALLY so that anyone who wants to change no longer has the excuse of the coaching being to expensive.  A few Starbucks drinks skipped and you're on your way!

I have also included a second option, where for a few bucks more you can have unlimited access to me via email to ask any questions you have or get an extra jolt when you need some encouragement to keep on going.

I'm excited about the possibilities that this will bring for SO MANY more people!  I'm looking forward to walking alongside you and helping you to FINALLY unlock the mystery that has plagued you for so long.  The first step is always the hardest but with one baby step after another, your goals will be reached.

You just have to start.

Make a change that sticks this year!

I'll be the first to admit that contests aren't for everyone. They take a lot of focus and hard work, especially if you want to win. They also bring with them some challenges afterwards when it comes to maintaining your new body weight. It's a pretty big adjustment.

However, even if one is entered and you don't finish, the benefit of the losing a little bit more fat is far worth the cost involved - whether it by your time, energy or even money.

I have competed in 3 contests with the Adonis Index so far. The first one was in March of 2010. I had already lost about 60lbs since July of 2009 and was needing something to give me an extra boost. I ended up losing about 20lbs and won the division I was in. I won $250 for this.

In Sepetember of 2010 I ended up entering their 3rd Transformation contest and ended up placing 1st over the whole thing. That was an amazing boost of confidence and pride in myself that I could start and finish something like that. It was really hard finishing this contest around Christmas due to all of the FOOD! But I managed to pull through. I ended up winning $750 for this contest.

Because I placed 1st in AT3, I was moved up to what is called the Open category. This is a head to head between the guys that have placed in the top 6 of the last 3 contests. it's far more intense and it's not about how much weight you lose, or even what your final Adonis Index measurement is. A lot of it comes down to what you look like compared to the next guy. I ended up placing 4th and walking away with $200 this time.

And now I am getting ready to compete in my last contest. It's called Level 2 and it's between all of the guys who have placed in the top 6 of the previous Open contests. This is an all out war and I'm looking forward to challenging myself again. After this, my goal is going to really learn to master the art of maintaining within a certain weight range - I'd say 5-10lbs of ripped.

During this contest I'm going to update the blog on a weekly basis with video's chronicling my progress. I'll also be updating it at other times during the week when I feel something is important to share.

My challenge to you is that maybe you should join me. You won't be competing against me, but rather along side me as you'll be in the transformation category. Maybe you need to step it up a notch and stop settling for second best. Put the excuses to rest.

If this is something that you want to do, then here's how you do it. One simple purchase and you will be entered into every Adonis and Venus contest that you want to enter PLUS have a lifetime subscription to the transformation community. I have found this absolutely crucial to my success and it alone is worth the cost.

All of this comes with the purchase of one of the workout programs on my "diet/exercise programs" page. I know for sure that if you purchase one of the first 2 programs that you get contest entry and transformation community access. If you purchase the other ones first, I'm not sure if all of that is included. If you want to go that route, just ask me and I'll figure it out.

Here's the thing. If you don't want to use their programs, you don't have to. However, if you end up placing in the top 6 of any of the categories you win from $500 (1st) - $200 (6th), so it really is worth it to give it everything you've got! If you aren't sure even where to start, I walk you through all of that in my Transformation E-Coaching, which comes out on January 15th.

The fight

One of the things that I've learned over the last year is that you can NEVER stop fighting.  This is a tought thing to understand sometimes, especially when you feel like you never get a break.  The reality is that you don't.  This is what you chose.  This is what I chose.

There are times when I think I'm going out of my mind, like my whole thought process revolves around food.  What I can eat.  What I can't eat.  Planning for the weekend.  Recovering from the weekend.  Am I obsessed?  Is this really an addiction?

I think in some ways it is.  However, it's nothing new.  My personal opinion is FAR more people are addicted to food than would care to admit.  The difference is that once you try to get a handle on it, you have to FIGHT to stay in control.  The difference between who I WAS and who I AM now, is that before I just didn't think about it.  I just ate.  I didn't care.  And because of that, I would just eat small portions....all the time.

Now it's different.  I don't allow myself to eat the amount of food I used to eat all the time.  The drawback to this is that when I DO eat, I want to eat a LOT of it.  I want to get my fill.  I want to satisfy that craving.  By no means is this the way it's supposed to be, but it's the way it is for me right now.  It's a constant fight and I'm okay with that.

I've decided I would rather struggle to stay in control of my weight and body than to go back to who I was.  That was NOT happy.  There are no words to describe the difference 100lbs lost has made in how I see myself and the world around me.  It's night and day.  So my encouragement to you is to keep fighting!  Surround yourself with people who will be okay with letting you fight for what you want and not label you as obsessive and "unhealthy".  It's always the "unhealthy" who put this label on you anyways.  But that's another topic for another day.

Keep fighting!  You are worth it and you won't regret what you will get in return.
